Since opening shop in 2009, Vibox has gone from being a small, local PC retailer in sunny Stockport to one of the biggest manufacturers of gaming PCs across Europe.

In this time a lot has changed, but our mission statement has stayed the same: to provide top-quality, fully-customisable gaming PCs. It's how we started, and it's how we intend to go on. Because we still build every PC to order, our customers can choose exactly what goes into it; each of our PCs come with a range of configurable options, from the amount of RAM and storage to the colour of the case.

Of course there's more to a good build than just getting the right parts. That's why each PC is built by a fully-trained, experienced technician, and goes through an intensive quality control and testing period before getting cleared for dispatch.

Each Vibox comes with a lifetime of repair and upgrade labour as part of our Evolution Warranty, so it may well be the last full PC you'll ever need to buy.

Our Support

Some companies are happy to take your money and then brush you aside. Not us.

As part of your lifetime warranty, detailed below, you get a lifetime of support on your PC. Our experienced, multilingual customer support team, based in our Stockport offices, are happy to help you at every stage of your order. If you're struggling to pick the right specification for your needs, we'll talk to you about what exactly you're looking to get from your PC and make sure you're making the right purchase (we also have a handy Beginners Guide for those who are new to the world of gaming PCs).

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from the courier with all the tracking information provided.

Once you've received your PC, all you'll need to do is plug in the power cable, monitor, and accessories. If you're not confident about what goes where, then we include a full set-up guide with every PC (which is also available at this link).

After that, if you have any questions, we'll be happy to help. Whether you're looking to take advantage of our free upgrade service, need help with a technical issue, or just fancy some advice on how to get the most out of your system, we cater to seasoned pros and total beginners alike.

Our Warranty

In 2015, we put a few new systems out for review. While we were thrilled with the feedback regarding the spec, performance and build quality, there were some less positive comments about our warranty. We have full confidence in the quality of our PCs, so we decided to put our money where our mouth is, and created the Vibox Evolution Gold Warranty. This warranty package, which comes as standard with every Vibox PC, is the only standard warranty in the UK to offer a lifetime of upgrades, repairs and support free of charge.

• Lifetime Repair & Upgrade Labour

  As long as you have your PC, you'll never have to pay any labour charges for repairs or upgrades. Should any components develop a fault (it can happen!), we'll never charge you to install replacements. If you fancy adding a little more power to your machine, we'll fit any new parts free of charge, making your new Vibox the last PC you'll ever need to purchase

• Lifetime Technical Support

  Every now and then, it's natural you'll need a little bit of help with your PC. If you're looking to get a little more out of your system or your games, we'll talk you through the best options. If you're looking to upgrade, we'll make sure you're getting the best deal for your money. If you're having a technical issue or a part has a fault, we'll do our best to pin down the exact nature of the issue and get it resolved as quickly as possible. • 2 Years Parts Cover

  While we do run tests on every component before shipping the PC out, sadly the nature of computers means that parts can fail. That's why we offer a full 2 years parts cover on every component in your PC. We don't repair components here, so in the case of a fault we'll simply provide a brand new replacement and install it free of charge.

• 90 Days Collection + Return

  We're so confident in the quality of our PCs that should anything go wrong in the first three months, we'll send a courier to collect your PC at our expense. After that, we'll be able to book a collection on your behalf with DPD, at a discounted rate.

We're proud to offer the best standard warranty in the business, but if you're looking for something even better, we also offer the Evolution Platinum Warranty, which has all the benefits of the Gold warranty but with a whopping 3 Years of Parts, Collection and Return cover.
