Please note we won't be able to offer any updates on any applications in progress, as we do not receive any information from the finance provider until the payment is approved.

We build each PC to order, so if you're looking to make a slight change to a PC you've found on our website, or on a third-party seller such as Amazon, let us know and we'll be happy to advise.

We sell across a lot of different platforms, so to make sure we're advising you on the right specification, please post a link to the PC you've seen in the box below.

If you've got a specific question about a certain PC, either from the website or another sales channel, we'll be happy to advise. Just post a link to the PC in the URL box below, and add any questions to the message box.

If the PC has customisable options, please make sure to tell us which options you're considering. If you're asking about a custom spec from our Build Your Own page, then please include the full spec in the message below (you can copy the full list from the cart view or from the Summary tab on the product page.

We'll send email updates to the address we have on file at each stage of the order. From picking the parts, to starting the build, to testing, to dispatch; we keep you informed at every stage

If you haven't received an update email from us and believe you should have, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, get in touch using the form below, and we'll be happy to provide an update.

We build each PC to order, so more often than not we're able to change parts of the order. If you've already ordered and you're looking to make a change, it may be best to give us a call, in order to prevent any unnecessary delays.

If you're looking to cancel your order, we'd advise you to get in touch via telephone, as if your PC is dispatched before we get to your email, this could cause delays.

If you've purchased a PC with Windows and you're being asked for your Windows Key you'll find this on a sticker on the right-hand side of the PC tower.

If your PC came with a free game, rather than an installation disc we'll provide you with a code you can use online to redeem a digital copy. Please check through the paperwork provided for the relevant leaflet.

If you believe you're missing a Driver Disc, please note that some motherboards and graphics cards no longer use physical driver discs, as it's always best to get the most up-to-date drivers online. If you need any help finding these, or would like us to provide a disc, please get in touch.

If something doesn't seem to be working, we'll do everything we can to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. It's worth checking our FAQs page for advice with more common faults, but please don't hesitate to get in touch if you think you need our help.

To help us speed things along, please give as much detail as possible in the message box below. Useful points to include are:

  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Any symptoms of the fault
  • Any error messages you have encountered
  • If the problem was sudden, or if there were any smaller issues beforehand
  • What you were doing when the problem first occured.
  • What you have already tried

For example:

I turned on my PC this morning and I can't see anything on the screen. I have tried two different monitors and two different cables, but I just see a 'no signal' error. The PC was working fine up until yesterday.

This message provides us with much more information than something like:

My PC is broken, I tried everything, I think it's the graphics card.

The more we can gather in the earlier messages, the faster we can find a solution. Even if you're not very technically-minded, just give us as many details as you can, and we'll do our best to help.
